Throughout my life, I have had a passion for athletics and physical fitness.  I have enjoyed playing competitive soccer, distance running,  and weight training.  Over the past 10 years, I have competed in three Body For Life Challenges.  These transformation challenges really fueled my passion for physical fitness and prompted me to get my certification as a Personal Trainer through AFPA.  Although I enjoyed working as a personal trainer and helping people achieve their personal fitness goals, my passion for building a business online and the burning desire to spend as much time as possible with my lovely wife and three amazing children drew me away from pursuing personal training in a gym and toward the amazing world of internet marketing at home.

As I was developing my online business, I quickly discovered I could enjoy the world of online marketing and my passion for sharing the benefits of personal fitness with people at the same time. Actually, I realized I could help thousands of people reach there fitness goals while coaching them from my home office.
